iHeartRadio: Radio Station & event Logos

Brief
Different departments under iHeartMedia (radio stations, podcasts, events, marketing campaigns) would often request logo concepts or redesigns often within a day, often with minimal direction.
Process
There was plenty of freedom for playfulness with logos on the marketing design team at iHeart (Creative Studio). Branding new online radio stations involved designing a logo and a background hero image. I would be briefed with the artists that would be played on the station I was designing for. The main constraints were that white text had to show up against the hero, and the hero had to fade to a flat hex # to fade seamlessly into wide viewports.
